Dr. Rajeev Agarwal is the Medical Director at Renew Healthcare, an IVF specialist one-stop unit in Women’s Health. He has more than a decade of experience as a Fertility Specialist. Dr. Rajeev Agarwal also specializes in advanced laparoscopic procedures and is recognized for his expertise in performing fertility-preserving surgeries for Infertility patients as well as other Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic Surgeries for Gynaecological problems related to every couple and Individual. He has a decade of rich experience and clinical expertise in IVF, weaving client success stories flawlessly.

Unlike other children of his age, he never had common goals and ambitions. From an early age, he wanted to be only a Gynaecologist; never a police officer, pilot, or astronaut. This was likely inspired by his love, respect, and admiration for his Gynaecologist father, who took care of most of his patients at his home clinic every day. While growing up, this influenced him greatly and he felt a strong connection to this noble profession.

Later, he went on to complete his MBBS from Calcutta National Medical College. In the process, he also received 3 awards for Anatomy. Following his father’s wishes, he gained strong foundational skills before opting for specialisation. He kept on sharpening his skills, taking up work in various capacities to earn loads of required experience.

While Dr. Rajeev Agarwal wanted to complete his further studies in the UK. His good luck brought him in contact with Dr. Pratap Kumar, who was the then Head of Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. Under his able guidance, Agarwal experienced a profound academic and personal transformation. He also met some other amazing people and he soaked in knowledge, learnt and unlearnt things from his teachers at Manipal. Their knowledge and dedication to the teaching profession made him realize why teachers are worth worshipping. 

While his 3-year training period at Manipal was one of the most difficult times of his life, it also made him the professional he has become today. Agarwal had only envisioned himself as a Gynaecologist. However, the influence of Dr. Pratap Kumar got him interested in Fertility Management, which improved his career path. He completed his MD and stood 2nd in his college. 

When he was contemplating to join his father, he went back again and studied more about Fertility Management at Manipal. He became an expert in IVF, gaining thorough knowledge from Dr. Sadhana Desai, who taught him patiently about the subject and made him realise how important it was to be honest and mindful of the quality of service rendered.  

4 years later, armed with the knowledge, guidance, and expert training obtained from Dr. Desai, he felt confident. He trained in the UK as an Observer at the Cardiff Assisted Reproduction Centre in Wales. He also got the chance to see the work of many IVF centres in Wales.

Today, Dr. Rajeev Agarwal is an esteemed Fertility Specialist, specializing in women’s healthcare and IVF. His Gynaecological expertise is highly admired and spoken about, as he goes about lighting couple’s lives with hope, every day.
